Property prices in Gurgaon have increased over the last three or four years. Further appreciation can be ruled out. At some places commercial property has declined. I would not invest in Gurgaon though becuase of two reasons. 1. Rental income can be difficult and unsafe as compared to Delhi. This is because after 10 years of completion the property goes under Haryana rent comtrol act 1947, and you might as well forget getting back the property before 15 years.2. There are only 15 judges in Gurgaon and the High court is in Chandigarh. This makes litigation very expensive.
